The electrical control system of this production line is controlled by OMRON PLC and touch panel. Equipped with intelligent algorithm, it sets the parameter through touch panel to realize the punching, automatic 45°corner cutting at both ends, automatic feeding by mechanical arm while producing door seal.

	(1) Automatic Drying and Feeding Machine Features: 1.The drier adopts high-performance diffusion device which could distributing the hot air uniformly to realize dry material, uniform temperature and discharging the moisture. 2.The feeding machine is controlled by computer automatically and filters dust during the cycle process preventing being polluted. In case of overloading or short feeding, the machine will give an alarm automatically with convenient operation.
(2) Plastics Extruding Machine Features: 1.Applying to processing of products made of heat shrinkable materials such as PVC, PP, PE. 2.Adopting hard surface reduction gears.
